TGSRTC Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 1743 Driver and Shramik vacancies

The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) has announced the 1,743 vacancies for Driver and Shramik posts. The online application process will start from 8th October 2025 and the last date for application will be 28 October 2025. The candidates will be selected for these 1743 vacancies of TSLPRB on the basis of  PMT, Driving test and document verification. A total number of 1,743 vacancies will be filled up through this recruitment notification- these vacancies are distributed into two main posts:

• Driver: 1,000 Vacancies

• Shramik: 743 Vacancies

The 743 vacancies of Shramik category are further divided into various posts based on ITI trades:

• Mechanic (Diesel/Motor Vehicle): 589 vacancies

• Sheet Metal / MVBB / Fitter: 43 vacancies each

• Auto Electrician / Electrician: 43 vacancies

• Painter / Welder / Cutting: 17 vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

The basic eligibility requirements(education, age limit) set by TSLPRB for 1743 ( driver and Shramik) vacancies is given below:

1. For Driver Posts: Candidates must have passed 10th exam  from a recognized board or institution to apply for these vacancies.
2. The candidate must have a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) or Heavy Passenger Motor Vehicle (HPMV) driving license(18 months + experience) to submit form for these driver and Shramik posts

3. For Shramik Posts: Candidates must have an ITI certificate in Mechanic (Diesel or Motor Vehicle), Fitter, Electrician, Painter, Welder, Sheet Metal, Auto Electrician and Centre of Excellence (CoE) qualification to apply for these 743 vacancies.

4. The age of candidates must be between 18 – 35 years( which varies for different posts).

Application Fee:

The application fee set by TSLPRB for the 1743 posts ( driver and Shramik posts)will be  based category of the candidates.

Salary / Pay Scale:

 The candidates who will be selected for the 1743 posts will be offered a salary package as per the pay scale set by the TSLPRB.

• Driver: The pay scale will range from ₹ 20,960 to ₹ 60,080 per month.

• Shramik: The pay scale will range from ₹ 16,550 to ₹ 45,030 per month.

Selection Process:

The selection process for the selected candidates for these 1743 posts offered by the TSLPRB is given below:

Driver posts: The selection process for the driver posts include:

1. Physical measurement test: Candidates should qualify the physical measurement test for the selection process of driver posts.

2. Driving test: The candidates need to pass the driving test for the driver post.

3. Document Verification This is the last and final step for the selection process, candidates need to submit their documents for the verification.

For Shramik Posts:The selection process for the 743 Shramik posts include:

1. Certificate Verification: Candidates must submit their certificates for the verification of Shramik posts.

2. Merit List: The final list for 743 shramik posts will be based on the  ITI (90 marks) and National Apprenticeship Certificate (10 marks) total of 100 marks.
